Eurostar
Worked on features predominantly related to the bookings path and checkout funnel. Main tasks including updating and optimising UX/UI for lowest fair finder, directional switcher for search and refined search options on desktop and mobile.
Approach
Staying within Eurostar Design Systems and brand guidelines I quickly got to work testing out prototypes on Usertesting.com to quickly get feedback and iterate on features.
Pain Points
Working closely with the PO we uncovered some factors that needed addressing. Below are some points the new UI addressed for the lowest fair finder.
Existing graph did not show a clear separation between weekday vs weekends ( most popular dates )
Wasn’t enough separation between months
General UI clean up was required
Needed to fit seamlessly into the existing UI
